True Amazon Experience works with trusted local partners, guides, drivers and lodges to provide safe and authentic experiences in the Amazon region.

We are not responsible for delays, changes or cancellations caused by weather conditions, transportation issues, natural events or circumstances beyond our control.

Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings during tours and transfers.

By booking a tour, the traveler confirms that they understand the nature of adventure and ecotourism activities in the Amazon rainforest.

Cancellation Policy

At True Amazon Experience, we understand that travel plans can change.

Tour deposits are fully refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure date.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour may not be eligible for a refund due to transportation, lodging and operational reservations already arranged in advance.

In situations involving extreme weather conditions, operational safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to adjust itineraries or reschedule activities when necessary.
